About the Role: As a Recycling System Operator, you will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our recycling machinery and equipment. You will ensure that materials are processed accurately, safely, and in compliance with environmental standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor recycling systems, machinery, and equipment to process recyclable materials.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure systems are running smoothly.
- Identify and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Ensure all recycling processes adhere to environmental safety and quality standards.
- Sort, separate, and manage materials to ensure proper recycling and disposal.
- Keep accurate records of operations and materials processed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recycling operations and improve efficiency.
- Previous experience operating machinery or in a similar role (recycling experience preferred).
- strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Knowledge of recycling processes and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
1. Plastic Granulation Machine Operations:
● Operate and maintain the plastic granulator to ensure safe and efficient processing.
● Organize plastic materials onsite
2. Reactor System Operations:
● Monitor reactor system parameters and respond appropriately to deviations or abnormalities.
● Maintain accurate records of observations.
● Execute product offtake following established protocols.
3. Light System Maintenance:
● Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as hopper filling, parts cleaning, and filter replacement.
● Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for complex repairs.
● Take regular samples of oil products.
4. Data Reporting:
● Accurately record and report production data, system readings, and any operating deviations.
5. Safety Compliance:
● Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment.
● Regularly clean and maintain work areas to prevent hazards.
6. Shift Schedule and Communication:
● Work 8-hour shifts with availability for day schedules as per operational needs.
● Maintain effective communication with managers, team members, and other departments.
