Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in New Albany, OH. As a machine operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production of plastic pumps that are essential to Bath and Body Works products. This is a long-term position with potential for career advancement!
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery to produce plastic pumps.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Document production and machine performance data.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Previous machine operator experience is a plus, but not required.
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance, such as speed, pressure, and temperature.
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working order.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues or malfunctions.
- Report any major issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.
- Ensure all machinery is cleaned and lubricated as necessary.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings or processes to improve product quality.
- Document production and quality data for reporting purposes.
- Conduct tests to verify the accuracy of machine output.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure that safety devices, such as emergency stop buttons and guards, are in place and functioning.
