Responsibilities
- Conduct functional and performance tests to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformances, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to address issues.
- Utilize testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
- Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of quality inspection tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Monitor adherence to quality management systems (QMS) and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Train production staff on quality standards and procedures as needed.
