Job Description: As a Production Worker, you'll be an essential part of our assembly line team, helping to manufacture top-quality doors. This is a hands-on position where you’ll use tools and machinery to build and assemble doors. Responsibilities:
- Assemble doors on the production line according to quality standards and specifications.
- Operate hand tools and machinery to cut, shape, and finish doors.
- Inspect materials and completed products for defects or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production goals and contribute to team efforts.
- Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience is a plus, but not required.
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to [Insert weight requirement] lbs.
