- Minimum Associate’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or management.
- Experience in the food industry or perishables is preferred; knowledge of food safety is a plus.

Responsibilities
Inbound Operations:
- Coordinate carrier ETAs with the Logistics Coordinator for efficient order preparation.
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections of inbound containers and local purchases upon arrival.
- Manage inventory counts and promptly address discrepancies.
- Ensure all lots are properly labeled and stored safely.
- Notify Purchasing Department of any USDA inspections required within 24 hours of lot reception.
- Communicate daily with Logistics and Sales teams to select appropriate lots for orders, ensuring FIFO practices.
- Supervise accurate stacking, labeling, and documentation for outbound orders.
- Improve operational processes and workflows.
- Oversee shipping schedules and ensure timely, efficient deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Operations to address warehouse personnel and functionality issues.
- Maintain optimal operational standards, including organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and address repairs as necessary.
- Enforce security protocols, food safety standards (PRIMUS regulations), and OSHA compliance.
