Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling employees for their shifts, as well as keeping track of attendance. You will be out on the warehouse floor, ensuring that employees are working diligently and safely. This is a management position with hands on responsbility and accountability for daily employee schedules, attendance and work ethic.  You will need to meet background requirements.  Shift is as scheduled: Wed-Sat 4:30pm-4:30am Skills: Knowledge of current industry software systems (google voice, google docs, google spreadsheet) The ability to delegate tasks and manage employees Experience with record keeping and tracking inventory. Responsibilities: Managing personnel on a shift to shift basis Keeping details records of daily attendances Handling the starting process for new employees (sending out welcome emails, shift emails, and details about building access). Scheduling shifts to employees Ensuring that workplace safety standards are adhered to. Responsibilities

• Managing personnel on a shift to shift basis

• Scheduling shifts to employees
• Ensuring that workplace safety standards are adhered to.
• Communication with employees and manager on activities within the warehouse. 
• Coaching on a daily basis regarding employee's safety and working manners. 
• On the warehouse floor throughout duration of shift to ensure that employees are properly working and ensuring employees are at their stations. 
• Reporting any information regarding situations to manager. 
• Communicating and building a repor with clients and team members. 
   

The essential functions of this role include:
