Key Responsibilities:
- Set up fixtures/tooling and prepare components for welding based on specifications.
- Perform GTAW and GMAW welding on tubing, heat exchanger assemblies, and GAHP products.
- Ensure welds meet near 100% integrity and maintain a 99.5% leak-free standard over six months.
- Conduct weld integrity tests using radiography or other methods.
- Verify component placement and fitment against drawings.
- Mentor B-level welders and assist with part cleaning and assembly tasks as needed.
salary: $28 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities
- Set up fixtures and tooling to prepare components for welding according to drawings and specifications.
- Weld tubing, heat exchanger assemblies, and GAHP products using GTAW and GMAW processes, adhering to Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
- Ensure welds meet near 100% integrity and are visually acceptable for leak testing.
- Maintain a 99.5% leak-free standard for GAHP welded assemblies over a six-month period.
- Conduct weld integrity tests using radiography or other destructive/non-destructive methods.
- Verify component placement and fitment against drawing requirements.
- Record work order completion and maintain accurate documentation.
- Mentor and guide B-level welders to improve their skills and understanding.
- Perform additional tasks such as cleaning parts and assembling components as needed.
