- Proven experience as a Test Technician, preferably in the aerospace or a related industry.
- knowledge of testing procedures, equipment, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with aerospace standards and quality control processes is a plus.
- Communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
