Responsibilities
- As a Tool & Die Maker, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining precision tools and dies used in our production processes
- Your expertise and attention to detail are essential to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products
- Design, build, and repair precision tools and dies used in production processes
- Operate various machinery and tools such as lathes, grinders, and CNC machines to create and maintain tools and dies
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision
- Troubleshoot and solve problems related to tool and die functionality and performance
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to continuously improve and innovate tool and die designs and processes
