The Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various manufacturing equipment and machinery within the plant. This role requires a great mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance:
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on a variety of equipment, including:
    • Production machinery (e.g., presses, conveyors, packaging machines)
    • Material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes)
    • HVAC systems
    • Electrical systems
    • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshooting and Repair:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic problems on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Safety:
  • Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
  • Identify and correct safety hazards.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
