The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility. This role requires great leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal equipment uptime, minimize downtime, and improve overall plant efficiency.

salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Supervision:
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, assigning work orders, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions.
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, including:
    • Production machinery (e.g., presses, conveyors, packaging machines)
    • Material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes)
    • HVAC systems
    • Electrical systems
    • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
