Randstad Staffing has partnered with a CNC Manufacturing company located in Anoka, MN that is seeking to hire a Precision Grinding Machinist. We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in grinding. The pay is based on experienced and ranges from $21/hr to $30/hr or more. Direct Hire:  M - Th 6:00am to 4:30pm OR M - Th 7:00am to 5:30pm OT only required on Fridays per customer request/needs. Responsibilities

Ability to Program and Set up CNC ID and OD cylindrical grinders.

• Assist with fabricating new components per customer drawings.

• Ability to check and verify work using various measurement methods including, but not limited to, pressure micrometers, bore gages, CMM, ratchet micrometers, calipers, gage blocks, profilometers, and height stands.

• Work on jobs according to due date, and supervisor instruction

• Must have programming experience or knowledge of conversational programming method on Okamoto or Toyoda CNC controls.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following materials and machines:

   o Grinding carbide, Tool steel, ceramic, aluminum, and other exotic materials

   o Jones & Shipman Universal I.D./O.D. Grinders

   o Bryant or Heald I.D. Grinders

   o Okamoto CNC Rotary Surface Grinders o Toyoda and Okamoto CNC I.D. and O.D. Grinders, programming, set-up, and          operation
