salary: $56,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as air compressors, HVAC systems, medical gas systems, and more.
• Support with building maintenance, including ceiling tiles, lighting systems, and plumbing.
• Assist with automation systems and processing equipment maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and contribute to proposal creation and cost estimation.
• Travel between facilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 7+ years in facilities or plant management.
• Minimum of 5 years in mechanical maintenance of a commercial building - not residential property.  
• Proficiency in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
