- Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a similar environment (dry, cooler, freezer).

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts in dry, cooler, and freezer environments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain records of quantity, type, and value of materials, merchandise, and supplies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in counts, including research into root causes.
- Conduct quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items in coordination with Merchandising.
- Investigate weight variances, receiving, put-away, and product damage issues.
- Ensure proper FIFO (First-in, First-out) rotation and inventory integrity.
- Confirm reserve inventory accuracy and count each reserve pallet.
- Verify the put-away and transfer processes done by day and night personnel.
- Initiate product transfers from cooler to freezer, documenting the process.
- Review management reports and research inventory shrink causes.
- Assist with product recalls and support corrective actions.
- Serve as Will-Call Clerk every other Saturday, coordinating customer orders.
