Responsibilities
- Polish, buff, and finish metal components to achieve desired surface texture and appearance.
- Operate polishing equipment, grinders, and hand tools to remove scratches, burrs, and other imperfections.
- Inspect metal parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work with a variety of metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and brass.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine finishing requirements.
- Maintain polishing equipment and tools, performing routine maintenance and cleaning as needed.
- Ensure workplace safety by adhering to company policies and wearing appropriate protective gear.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
