Randstad is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Hudson, WI. Whether you have prior manufacturing experience or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!   Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required—willing to train!
• Background and drug screening required (marijuana not tested).
• Must be dependable with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.
