Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The primary function is to perform maintenance and repairs of company property and equipment. Support
admin tacks as order parts, scheduling, plan daily tasks. The maintenance manager is the backup for
absences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and equipment as directed by the Chief Engineer or
maintenance manager.
• Complete documentation of work performed following the company's preventive maintenance
programs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot repairs for the most effective and efficient method of repair/replacement
of components.
• Follow the company's Good Manufacturing Practices while performing duties. To be especially
aware of the potential for food adulteration during repairs and installations and provide for the
prevention of such adulterations.
• Perform maintenance-related duties in a safe fashion that does not expose oneself or others to
unsafe conditions.
• Communicate orally and in written form daily to the Chief Engineer about issues occurring during
the shift.
