What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Applying paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Ensuring high-quality results through attention to detail and color matching.
- Maintaining tools and following safety protocols.
- Professional experience in painting (industrial, commercial, or specialty experience preferred).
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Physical stamina for tasks requiring standing, bending, or repetitive movements.

salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Prepare parts for painting
- Paint components according to required specifications
- Maintains clean and orderly work areas
- Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to work in and around paint fumes
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Complete and maintain accurate records & required documentation/certifications
- Ability to differentiate colors
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to
Skills
- NADCAP (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Aerospace Painting (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Painting (5 years of experience is required)
