What You'll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered trucks, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues using advanced tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain detailed repair records.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to complete projects efficiently.
- Skills: Diesel engine repair, hydraulic diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
- Experience: 2+ years preferred, all levels encouraged to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, work standing for extended periods, and operate in non-temperature-controlled environments.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Stable weekday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no overtime required.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered trucks, including engines, transmissions, and drive trains.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, brakes, suspensions, and steering components.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Inspect and maintain hydraulic equipment such as lifts and truck-mounted systems.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
- Ensure repairs comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately, including parts used and work performed.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace.
- Respond to urgent repair requests and ensure timely resolution to operational issues.
