Responsibilities
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to plan, organize, supervise, inspect, and evaluate work of subordinates.
- Good knowledge of OSHA and Public Health guidelines for universal precautions and infection control.
- Ability to maintain productive working relationship with other department supervisors and coordinate linen services to assure that care and services are performed without interruption.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and available to work non-standard hours if needed.
- Business management related degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand and communicate oral/written instructions in English.
- Excellent computer skills, word, excel, et.
