salary: $23 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and final products according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment, such as torque wrenches, drills, and screwdrivers, to assemble mechanical systems and parts.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or imperfections, ensuring all products meet high-quality standards.
• Perform basic measurements and tests to ensure that assembled components conform to design specifications and functional requirements.
• Identify and address assembly problems, offering solutions to improve the process and prevent defects.
• Record and maintain accurate assembly logs, inventory, and production data.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work closely with engineers, quality assurance, and other team members to ensure smooth assembly and meet production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on tools and equipment.
