We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and managing the warehouse budget. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, and a commitment to optimizing processes for maximum efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment and adherence to safety and compliance regulations.

salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations – Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Inventory Management – Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure stock accuracy.
• Staff Supervision – Lead and train warehouse personnel, providing guidance and performance reviews.
• Logistics Coordination – Plan and coordinate the storage and distribution of goods.
• Safety Compliance – Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Budget Management – Control warehouse operating costs, including labor and supply expenses.
• Order Fulfillment – Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Equipment Maintenance – Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor systems.
