Responsibilities
- Adhere to GMP and company safety rules, including confined space procedures.
- Monitor and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, air compressors, and refrigeration systems daily.
- Disassemble, assemble, and maintain Rademaker and Colborne lines and other equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and component checks.
- Set up and adjust equipment and conveyors to meet production specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance on sifters, silos, and other critical machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring consistent performance.
- Maintain inventory of components and order replacement parts as needed.
- Inspect packaging and production processes for quality control.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
- Support general facility upkeep and assist with other assigned duties.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and company safety regulations.
