Sr Maintenance Technician (Ensure reliability of machinery and equipment through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to select and operate appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and work orders.
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate issues and solutions effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble manufacturing equipment.
- strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
salary: $70,000 - $76,000 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliability of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments to determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts.
- Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment.
- Dismantle, repair, rebuild, and replace equipment and parts as needed.
- Adhere to all plant safety policies and participate in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs.
- Provide assistance and guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
