We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shop Coordinator to be a key part of our growing team. In this role, you will support our technicians by ensuring they have the materials and parts they need, assist with fabricating job materials, and help maintain an organized and efficient shop. salary: $52,000 - $58,240 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide support to technicians and inspectors, assisting with various tasks on the job site.
• Collaborate with Job Managers in the fabrication and delivery of materials.
• Assist with testing and basic labor tasks, including panel testing and other technician duties.
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure materials are available for the shop and other locations as necessary.
• Prepare jobs based on fabrication lists or verbal/written instructions.
• Operate shop equipment safely and in accordance with established safety standards.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist the Shop foreman and other team members as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
