- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina, able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance:
Inspect equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and machinery. Change filters, lubricate parts, check fluid levels, and replace worn components.
Repairs & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair issues with machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and building systems. Promptly fix or replace broken equipment to minimize downtime. Collaborate with vendors for part replacements or repairs.
Facility Upkeep:
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and safety, including repairs to floors, walls, windows, and doors. Handle minor painting, carpentry, or drywall work. Monitor electrical and water systems to ensure proper function.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure work adheres to health and safety regulations. Follow safety protocols for equipment handling and hazardous material disposal. Report unsafe conditions or incidents to management.
Documentation & Reporting:
Keep records of completed repairs and maintenance tasks. Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed. Provide reports on issues found and actions taken.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments to maintain smooth operations. Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to prioritize and coordinate tasks. Respond to critical issues during off-hours.
