The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with company objectives. This role involves managing purchasing, production planning, and logistics operations while maintaining clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage material and product orders to meet production and sales demands.
• Monitor purchase orders for accuracy, timelines, and compliance with supplier agreements.
• Oversee the receipt of ordered materials and products, ensuring quality and quantity standards.
• Manage the issuing process to ensure accurate and timely supply to production lines or customers.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow and reduce lead times.
• Identify and mitigate potential production bottlenecks or delays.
• Plan and execute shipping arrangements for incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Ensure all shipments meet delivery deadlines and cost-efficiency goals.
• Communicate shipment details and expected arrival times to relevant stakeholders
• Track and resolve any issues related to delayed or incomplete shipments.
