We are seeking a Project Manager with a metal/architectural background. If you have experience using plangrid, that is a plus. You have to be comfortable commuting into NYC 2 days a week. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee metal and architectural projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, fabricators, and contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, maintaining alignment with overall project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Conduct site visits
• Lead project meetings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication and quality assurance.
