Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment to maximize uptime and performance.
- Preventive Maintenance: Participate in a scheduled preventive maintenance program to ensure long-term reliability.
- Emergency Response: Be part of a rotating on-call program, responding promptly to emergencies to meet operational needs.
- Collaboration: Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and production team to review equipment performance and address issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions, performing root cause analysis to enhance equipment reliability.
- Cost Efficiency: Minimize labor, material, and part expenses while achieving successful outcomes.
- Technical Support: Act as a resource for equipment operators, providing troubleshooting and technical guidance.
- Inventory Management: Order necessary parts, tools, and supplies to support maintenance tasks.
- Project Management: Evaluate projects, set goals, and deliver successful outcomes within budget and time constraints.
- Testing & Validation: Ensure repaired equipment operates correctly through rigorous testing.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety regulations, work rules, and housekeeping standards to maintain a secure work environment.
