Responsibilities

Key Areas of Responsibility
 Prepare raw materials for machining which may include cleaning, deburring, rust
removal, etc.
 Load of raw materials into machines for production.
 Run production parts including loading and unloading of finished products.
 Monitor quality of parts by performing in process inspection to ensure parts are
being made to print.
 Remove burrs and sharp edges from finished machined parts.
 Monitor inventory levels for both raw materials and machine tools.
 Perform daily machine cleaning and maintenance such as proper coolant mix, oil
levels, chip removal and area clean up.
 Complete inspection reports and other paperwork
 Other duties as assigned
