Responsibilities

• Participates in design of company's QMS
• Ensures implemenations of QMS policies and procedures
• Monitors compliance of processes with QMS and Quality incident and CAPA management
• Coordinates company's operational licenses and certifications
• Participates in internal audits to identify gaps and follows up on action plans with appropriate managers
• Participates in customer audits to ensure ustomer satisfaction and company compliance
• Promotes QA culture
• Participates in clients' RFL
• Participates in the management of suppliers of equipment, consumables or services that impact company's QMS and Good Clinical Practices
