Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of parts and components inventory, ensuring proper tracking and organization.
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and electronic components, verifying quality and quantity against purchase orders.
- Organize and store electronic parts in appropriate locations, ensuring proper labeling and easy retrieval.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock situations to supervisors.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure the availability of parts for ongoing projects and assembly lines.
- Coordinate with suppliers to reorder parts, manage backorders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular physical counts of parts and reconcile with system data.
- Perform quality checks on parts to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Assist with the preparation of reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and materials usage.
