What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee mechanical inspections of aerospace components, ensuring strict adherence to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
- Perform detailed inspections on landing gear assemblies with cutting-edge tools and techniques.
- Mentor and guide a team of quality inspectors, fostering continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to uphold and enhance quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and customer specifications.
- Expertise in mechanical quality control, ideally within aerospace manufacturing.
- Advanced knowledge of GD&T inspection processes.
- Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.

Responsibilities
Established Aerospace Company needs Motivated and Experienced Senior Quality Inspector.
*Machine shop dimensional inspection
*Experienced with standard inspection tools ie: Height gage, dial bores, indicators, etc.
*Knowledge of AS9100 & AS9102
*Proficient in blueprint reading (GD&T)
*Must have ability to lay out and balance material (forgings/ingots).
A minimum of 3 years experience is required for the above position, but will consider candidates with the right background in aerospace manufacturing.
