We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods and ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. This role is integral to supporting our supply chain management and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.  

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or transportation.
• strong understanding of logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking tools.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation, and international trade practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, including domestic and international shipments.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to schedule shipments and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and order status.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Resolve any issues related to shipping, deliveries, or product shortages.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
• Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of logistics trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.
