- Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections on parts.
- Perform incoming material inspections to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory quality standards.
- Follow and enforce all quality plans, methods, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards.
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Assists in devising sampling procedures and development of forms and instructions for recording,
- evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Sets up and performs tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material
- characteristics.
- Reviews purchase orders, customer drawings and QAPs to determine required dimensions of
- product or material.
- Uses rulers, tape measures, calipers, protractors, coordinate measuring machines, gages or fixtures
- to verify and record specified dimensions of product or material.
- CMM and/or FARO arm experience preferred.
- Participates in internal and external quality audits.
- Performs routine scheduled calibrations and maintains records in accordance with documented
- procedures.
- Performs all duties in accordance with all applicable quality system procedures and company
- policies.
