What You'll Do:
- Design & Implement: Create, revise, and execute training programs that develop front-line employees and supervisors, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Safety Advocate: Promote safe work habits to cultivate an injury-free work environment.
- Facilitate Learning: Deliver training through various methods including classroom instruction, facilitated discussions, and hands-on learning.
- Quality & Efficiency: Introduce work standards and efficient processes to achieve productivity and quality service benchmarks.
- Analyze & Adapt: Generate and analyze training reports, making adjustments to meet objectives.
- Monitor Compliance: Ensure all employees meet technical training certifications and comply with regulatory training requirements.
- Cost Management: Assist in monitoring training costs to stay within budget.
- Audit & Improve: Conduct training compliance audits and implement recommendations for improvement.
- Consult & Advise: Provide insights to management on employee training and development programs.
- Experience: 0-1 year of related experience; solid interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Skills: Ability to solve moderately complex problems using professional concepts and corporate policies.
- Flexibility: Capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Clearances: Must pass federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Responsibilities
• Interpret, develop, revise and implement training programs and corresponding course material to develop front line employees and supervisors
• Introduce and promote safe work habits that lead to an injury free work environment
• Coordinate class logistics and conduct training classes
• Introduce and develop work standards to ensure quality service to our customer
• Develop, generate, maintain, and analyze training reports to assess and adjust deviations from training as required to achieve objectives • Introduce and develop efficient work processes to attain productivity standards
• Monitor employees’ technical training certification status and prepare plans to ensure required employees are trained • Introduce and develop specific job skills and/or career learning for both personal and network growth
• Assist with monitoring training related costs to ensure costs are within budget guidelines
• Ensure required compliance with all regulatory training requirements
• Conduct training compliance audits and develop and implement recommendations
• Advise and consult management regarding employee training and development programs
