Position: Electrical Assembler

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire complex electro-mechanical systems following detailed work instructions.
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, assembly instructions, and production orders.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Assembles products to engineering specifications and drawings using tools provided.
- Use soldering irons, solder pots, and hand tools to perform work.
- Assemble parts and perform tasks such as potting, encapsulation, epoxy bonding, sanding, and cleaning.
- May assemble prototype units for engineering.
- Recommends solutions to assembly problems regarding fixtures and tools.
- Assists other assemblers with questions related to the assembly of our products.
- Able to interpret specification, diagram and/or blueprints.
- Able to perform simple math (addition and subtraction, ex. look at dimension)
- Lifting and transport of units up to 30 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to use soldering iron.
- Use of hands in a repetitive cycle.
