About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain machinery and equipment, following diagrams, sketches, and specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Dismantle and reassemble machines using hand and power tools.
- Inspect and replace worn or defective parts.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Work a 12-hour shift schedule and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift certification (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, crouching, pushing, pulling, and reaching above shoulders frequently.

salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year

Responsibilities
- Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as production machines, conveyor systems and equipment.
- Visually inspects and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions.
- Dismantles machines and equipment to gain access to problem area, using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems.
- Removes and replaces worn and defective parts of drive mechanism or hydraulic system, using hand tools and power tools, and following blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Must be able to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
