Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare shipments by accurately packaging, labeling, and documenting orders for domestic and international delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of shipped and received items, ensuring all data is accurately entered into inventory management systems.
• Inspect shipments to verify accuracy against purchase orders or invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, including labeling and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock levels and maintain efficient workflows.

The essential functions of this role include:
