Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC Okuma lathes and mills to manufacture precision parts.
- Edit and modify CNC programs to ensure accurate and efficient machining processes.
- Perform quality inspections of finished parts using measurement tools to ensure specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with expertise in Okuma lathes and mills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in editing and modifying CNC programs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
