Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to manufacture residential and commercial blinds according to specifications.
- Perform setup and adjustments to machines to ensure efficient production and quality output.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring blinds meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals and deadlines.
