What You’ll Do:
- Work with thin-gauge steel (14–18 gauge) to weld, grind, sand, and paint components.
- Use templates, tape measures, and tools to create precision parts.
- Be a hands-on learner as you grow your welding skills with guidance from our team.
- Support team production goals and tackle new challenges with a can-do attitude.
- Mechanical aptitude: You know your way around tools and can measure accurately.
- Willingness to learn: No direct MIG welding experience? No problem. We're ready to train the right person.
- Physical stamina: You’re comfortable lifting and staying active during your shift.
- Positive attitude: A team player ready to contribute to a great work environment
salary: $20 - $24 per hour
