Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and machinery to ensure efficient operation.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Electrical System Repairs: Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, including motors, controls, and wiring systems.
- Installation: Install and upgrade electrical systems and components for new and existing machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and ensure all electrical systems comply with local codes and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to identify and address equipment issues promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
- Tool and Equipment Management: Maintain and calibrate electrical testing tools and equipment.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize production disruption.
