Responsibilities

- Train and mentor team members to build technical and operational skills.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address maintenance needs.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, downtime, and equipment performance.
- Assist in budget planning for maintenance operations and equipment upgrades.
