Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes to identify potential quality issues.
- Document and report non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Repair or adjust defective products to meet specifications when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and corrective actions.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve overall efficiency.
- Train warehouse staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Previous experience in quality control or warehouse operations preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative in resolving issues.
- Familiarity with quality standards and inspection tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic technical or mechanical skills for troubleshooting and repairs.
