- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field preferred.
- Minimum of [2-5] years of experience operating CNC Wire EDM machines.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and the ability to inspect parts for quality.
- Familiarity with Wire EDM programming software and setup procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and drawings.
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Wire EDM machines to produce precision parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
- Program and configure the Wire EDM machines for optimal performance and accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance on Wire EDM machines to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve problems related to part quality or machine operation.
- Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and ensure that parts are produced within required tolerances.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety guidelines and policies.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including machine settings, tooling, and quality inspection results.
