- Receiving & Inspection: Unload and inspect incoming food shipments, ensuring quality and accuracy. Work with a dedicated team to verify inventory and complete necessary paperwork.
- Storage & Organization: Efficiently store and organize food products in designated areas, following proper food safety and temperature control guidelines (refrigerated, dry, frozen). Help keep the warehouse organized for quick access and minimal waste.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and assist in regular stock checks using our cutting-edge Warehouse Management System (WMS). Help ensure stock rotation and avoid spoilage with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack food items for customer orders, ensuring products are ready for timely and safe delivery. Perform quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards across the warehouse. Stay up-to-date with all food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Responsibilities
- Verifying and inspecting food shipments upon arrival to ensure they meet quality standards, are the correct items, and are free from damage or contamination.
- Checking for proper documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and certificates (e.g., food safety or origin certificates).
- Regularly counting and tracking inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software to maintain accurate records.
- Implementing procedures for managing damaged or expired goods.
- Picking food items accurately based on customer orders.
- Ensuring the proper packaging of food items to maintain freshness, prevent contamination, and comply with transportation requirements.
- Conducting quality checks on orders before shipment.
