Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor coating and blending machines to ensure proper processing of pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines to meet batch requirements for coating and blending.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both coating and blending processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Inspect and maintain coating and blending equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of machines to address issues that may arise during operation.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and environmental regulations.
- Document production data, including batch records, material usage, and equipment logs, in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct in-process quality control checks to verify product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to resolve any discrepancies or production issues.
