Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the quality control process from raw material to finished product.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
- Lead and train the quality control team to perform inspections, testing, and evaluations effectively.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to identify and address quality issues and ensure process improvements.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, reports, and certifications.
- Implement corrective actions and lead root cause analysis for any quality-related issues.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
