Responsibilities
- Prepare Quotes & Solutions: Respond to requests for quotations, ensuring accurate and competitive quotes aligned with customer needs and company capabilities.
- Identify Technical Risks: Document and address potential risks in the Sales Data Warehouse.
- Line Design & Layout Instructions: Work with the design team to create plant layouts in line with customer expectations and standards, conducting site visits as necessary.
- Customer Presentations: Prepare and deliver product offers, providing technical support to the Sales team in front of customers.
- Collaboration with Product Management: Prepare energy reports with the Product Manager and review offers with Sales to apply pricing strategies and determine discount levels.
- Contract & Project Execution Plans: Prepare project contracts, including a detailed Gantt chart, and coordinate with the Project Manager for execution.
- Post-Mortem Analysis: Collaborate with the Lead Project Manager to prepare success stories and conclusions after project completion.
- Installation & Site Coordination: Work with the Installation Site Manager to prepare installation quotes, particularly for complex or non-standard projects.
- Ensure Project Success: Master SKA's way of working and coach other Project Managers in the region on quoting standards, specifications, and processes.
- Financial Tracking: Maintain accurate profitability tables and ensure adherence to cost structures, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and energy compilation.
